N59 and the Connemara Loop
SCS's June 2026 preview focuses on the N59 through western Ireland and the Connemara area. The route shows:
- Lakes and mountain scenery.
- Smaller settlements and rural junctions.
- Curving two-lane roads.
- Local landmarks and stone walls.
- A slower route rhythm than major motorways.
This is a development preview, not confirmation of the final road list or release schedule.
How It Connects
Ireland naturally depends on ferry connections and the neighboring United Kingdom network. That makes ports, schedules, and the ongoing UK Rework relevant to long-term route quality, but the two projects do not have to release together.
Best Player Fit
This expansion should suit players who enjoy compact regions, ferry planning, coastal scenery, rural roads, and detailed city approaches. Wishlist it now; wait for a confirmed date, price, and final map scope before making a buying plan.
